Miso coated mushrooms

14 oz button mushrooms
1 medium onion, hacked

2 tsp miso glue
2 tbsp apple juice vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp water
1 tsp arrowroot powder

Start by heating up the mushrooms in a pot until completely relaxed. This typically takes around 10 minutes. In the mean time, add the onion to a non-stick skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until mellowed. Set up the coating my blending together the tamari, miso glue, apple juice vinegar, maple syrup and water. Channel and flush the mushrooms, and add to the griddle, mixing briefly to warm and brown.
