Ingredients and quantity 6

  1. Pigeon 4 back
  2. Ginger paste – half a spoon
  3. Garlic paste – half a spoon
  4. Cumin paste – half a teaspoon
  5. Onion paste – 1 tbsp
    . Black pepper powder – half a teaspoon
    . Sugar- teaspoon
    . Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons (soak well before serving soy sauce)
  6. Oil- Quantitatively
  7. Bay leaves – 1-2
  8. Cardamom – 2-3
  9. Cinnamon – 1 back
  10. Salt- Quantitatively
  11. Turmeric powder – Ginger teaspoon

First, thoroughly clean the pigeon skin thoroughly. Now marinate for two or three hours with all the spices except the whole hot spices and keep it in the fridge. Put oil in a pan and heat it and fry the chopped onion and put the marinated pigeon in the pan and fry it for a while till it turns red. Now take out the fried pigeon and put it in a separate container. Add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and cook for a while with equal amount of water. Add spices, oil and actually give pigeons. When the meat is cooked, cover it with adequate amount of water. When the broth is smeared, remove it. It would be nice to see some barista sprinkled on top.
